  • 4 fillets Walleye fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the walleye fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge the fillets in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
