  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Season the frozen pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Sear the pork chops in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
