Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in fresh basil before serving.
