- 1.5 lbs lamb chops
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops.
Place lamb chops on a baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
