- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Stir in lemon juice and parsley, and cook for another minute.
5. Serve immediately.
