Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoon Butter, melted
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Toss the shrimp in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
4. Place the shrimp on the smoker rack and smoke for 20 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
