Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, and lemon juice.
Place orange roughy fillets in a baking dish. Pour the garlic parmesan mixture over the fillets.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
