Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Orange Roughy
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, and lemon juice.
  3. Place orange roughy fillets in a baking dish. Pour the garlic parmesan mixture over the fillets.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
