  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
