Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup Red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 2 cups Cold water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a blender.
  2. 2. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, and cold water. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
