Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then brown them on both sides.
3. Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until softened.
4. Add sauerkraut and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.
5. Place pork chops back into the skillet, nestling them into the sauerkraut mixture.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
