Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix beef slices with soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add beef to the wok, stir-fry until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same wok, add brown sugar, beef broth, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Return beef to the wok, stir to coat with sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle green onions before serving.
