Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cubed
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Celery Stalks sliced
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and cook the chicken until browned.
  2. 2. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth. Add salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
