Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork shoulder cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Onions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger paste, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add pork and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Add red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Pour in vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until pork is tender.
