Goan Pork Vindaloo Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork shoulder cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cups Onions finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 2 tablespoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onions and cook until golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger paste, cook for 2 minutes.
Add pork and cook until browned on all sides.
Add red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.
Pour in vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until pork is tender.
