  • 4 oz Goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a patty.
  4. Place a small amount of goat cheese in the center of 4 patties. Top with the remaining patties and seal the edges.
  5. Brush each burger with olive oil.
  6. Grill the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
