- 1 lb Ground lamb
- 4 oz Goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, salt, and black pepper.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a patty.
Place a small amount of goat cheese in the center of 4 patties. Top with the remaining patties and seal the edges.
Brush each burger with olive oil.
Grill the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
