Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Bay scallops
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss the bay scallops in the mixture until well coated.
Thread the scallops onto skewers or place them in a grill basket.
Grill the scallops for about 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
