Grilled Cheese de Mayo Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, using mayo for a crispy, golden crust.

- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Cheese Cheddar or your choice
1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
3. Place one slice of bread, mayo side down, in the skillet. Add cheese on top.
4. Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side up.
5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
