Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of grilling, if using.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
