  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Remove from grill and slice thinly.
  4. 4. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the bell peppers and onions until tender.
  5. 5. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onions. Top with another tortilla.
  6. 6. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. 7. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
