Grilled Chicken Salad Sandwich
A delicious and easy-to-make grilled chicken salad sandwich.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 stalk Celery chopped
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
- 8 slices Bread toasted
- 4 leaves Lettuce
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it cool, then chop into small pieces.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, and red onion. Mix well.
5. Add the chopped chicken to the bowl and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Place a lettuce leaf on each slice of toasted bread. Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto 4 slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
