  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the lamb shoulder chops with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the chops with salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  4. Place the chops on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
