Marinade
- 4 pieces Lamb Steaks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
2. Rub the lamb steaks with the marinade and let them sit for at least 10 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the lamb steaks for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
