- 4 pieces Lamb Chops
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
Brush the lamb chops with the brown sugar glaze.
