Grilled Lemon and Rosemary Lamb Chops
Juicy lamb chops marinated with lemon and rosemary, then grilled to perfection.

Marinade
- 8 pieces Lamb Chops
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add lamb chops to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
