Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.
