Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Octopus cleaned
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the octopus and cook for 40 minutes until tender.
  2. 2. Remove the octopus from the water and let it cool. Cut into pieces.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. 4. Marinate the octopus pieces in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the octopus pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side until charred.
  6. 6. Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.
