Grilled Octopus Recipe

- 2 lbs Octopus cleaned
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the octopus and cook for 40 minutes until tender.
2. Remove the octopus from the water and let it cool. Cut into pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
4. Marinate the octopus pieces in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the octopus pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side until charred.
6. Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.
