Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough or ciabatta
  • 4 slices Cheese Mozzarella or cheddar
  • 4 slices Ham Or any deli meat
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Assemble the panini by layering cheese and ham between two slices of bread, buttered sides out.
  4. 4. Place the sandwich in the panini press and grill for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Remove from the press, slice in half, and serve immediately.
