- 1 rack Lamb about 8 ribs
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the mixture all over the lamb rack.
4. Place the lamb on the grill, fat side down, and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Flip the lamb and continue to grill for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium-rare.
6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
