Grilled Rock Lobster Tails Recipe

- 4 pieces Rock Lobster Tails
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Using a sharp knife, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately with extra melted butter if desired.
