Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Sea Bass about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the sea bass fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the fillets with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Place the fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
