Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 Taco shells
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through.
  4. 4. Warm the taco shells on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp in each shell, then topping with shredded cabbage, a dollop of sour cream, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
