Grilled Tequila Lime Shrimp

Marinade
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup Tequila
- ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine tequila, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
6. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
