Ground Beef and Vegetable Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup Green Beans, chopped
- 1 cup Corn Kernels
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
5. Add the green beans, corn, salt, pepper, thyme, and basil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
