Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the onions and garlic to the pot. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the carrots and potatoes. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the beef broth. Add salt, pepper, and thyme. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
