Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. 2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat your dehydrator to 160°F (70°C).
  4. 4. Spread the ground beef mixture onto dehydrator trays, making sure it's evenly distributed.
  5. 5. Dehydrate for about 4 hours, or until the jerky is dry and firm.
  6. 6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
