Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 12 oz Egg Noodles

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3. Add chopped onion and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  7. 7. Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Simmer for a few minutes until heated through. Serve the sauce over cooked egg noodles.
