Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 cups Beef Broth
- 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
4. Add the chopped carrots, celery, frozen corn, and frozen peas. Stir well.
5. Season with dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and let the soup simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
