Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 2 pieces Avocados ripe
  • 1 piece Tomato diced
  • 1 piece Onion small, diced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  3. While the chicken is baking, prepare the guacamole. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados. Add diced tomato, onion, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from oven and top each piece with a generous amount of guacamole and shredded cheese.
  5. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
