- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 Carrots, chopped
- 2 Celery Stalks, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and dried basil. Adjust seasoning to taste.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
