- 2 lb Pork Sirloin Roast
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the pork sirloin roast with olive oil.
Mix rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Coat the pork with the herb mixture.
Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
