  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the pork sirloin roast with olive oil.
  3. Mix rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Coat the pork with the herb mixture.
  5. Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
