Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 rack Lamb about 8 ribs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Season the rack of lamb with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the lamb on all sides until browned.
  4. In a food processor, combine breadcrumbs, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well mixed.
  5. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the lamb to form a crust.
  6. Place the lamb on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes for medium-rare.
  7. Let the lamb rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
