Main Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Lamb Leg bone-in
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped fresh
- 1 tablespoon Thyme chopped fresh
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Rub the herb mixture all over the lamb leg.
Place the lamb in a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before carving.
