Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 leg Lamb about 5-6 pounds
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the lamb leg.
  4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before carving.
