Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill chicken for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
