  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and brush the honey mixture over it.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
