Honey Walnut Shrimp Recipe

- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- ½ cup Walnuts halved
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Condensed milk
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil and add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add walnuts and boil for 2 minutes. Drain and place walnuts on a baking sheet to dry.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, and condensed milk. Set aside.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Coat shrimp in cornstarch and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Toss fried shrimp in the honey mayonnaise sauce. Add candied walnuts and serve immediately.
