Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Bread your choice
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for toasting bread

Instructions 

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook chicken breasts until fully cooked. Shred the chicken and toss with buffalo sauce.
  3. Butter one side of each bread slice. Place two slices, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer with cheese, buffalo chicken, bacon, and another slice of cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, butter side up.
  5. Cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, flipping once.
