  • ½ lb Corned beef thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions

  2. 2. Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Top each slice with corned beef and Swiss cheese.
  4. 4. Cover with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
