Indian Curried Lamb
A flavorful and spicy Indian lamb curry that is perfect for any occasion.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb, cubed
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 large Onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon Curry powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onions and cook until golden brown.
Add the garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in the curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and coriander. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the coconut milk, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes or until the lamb is tender.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
