Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Fish fillets cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in coriander, turmeric, and chili powder. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in coconut milk, bring to a simmer.
  6. Add fish pieces, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes until fish is cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and lemon juice. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
