- 4 fillets Fish (any white fish)
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, red chili powder, and lemon juice.
Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture and place them on a baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
